Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-reginahe's own words
I purchased a *-night getaway For $*** valid for use between ****** and *******. Plans changed due to illness and death in family so I contacted the resort and they said I had to cancel with Groupon. I emailed Groupon through their website o*a ******* to advise them I could not use the Groupon and requested a refund. Groupon never responded to my request so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Groupon advised my credit card company (but not me) that I used the Groupon which is a false statement. I called the resort and they said they had no record of a reservation for me. I want the refund of $*** that is due to me.
GetHuman-reginahe did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
