Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-amnez's own words
Recent purchase for a concert event did not go as planned. i purchased * tickets and indicated that my husband would be picking up the tickets at the venue. I entered his name on the Groupon order. When we printed out each ticket it showed my name. I contacted Groupon and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. It was a problem. The venue couldn’t find his name or my name OR even the tickets. I am beyond humiliated!
