Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was unable to complete my defensive driving course from Groupon due to the fact they said it is hard to do with an iPad which is all I have to work with. I keep losing the modules and it marks the incorrect after it mark me correct. Groupon admittedly said that it is almost impossible to do on an iPad I would like a refund due to the fact I was not able to take the class. Thank you very much my number is ****** ****.
