Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I need to return three items today and haven't been able to do so on your site for the last three days. I have had no problem with this is in the past. However, it keeps telling me: "Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again in a few minutes. For more information, please visit the FAQ". This is unacceptable. Placing an order, of course, is no problem but returning one appears to be. I'm a long-term customer which makes this is even more concerning to me. Please advise. Chris
