Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Good Morning, I work at Resorts World Casino and we had an event on Saturday night. One of the guests bought a two separate groupons for our concert and accidentally activated them both however she only needed to activate one. She called groupon on Saturday to get a refund for the second one but they said because it was already activated that they wouldn't refund it. I am writing on her behalf and from the company that hosted the event to request that she receives her refund.
GetHuman-megantr did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
