The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-claudrvf's own words:
purchased a Groupon, hit "view" so I could print it out and then when I went redeem it right after purchase on a game room site, it said it was already redeem although I had just purchased.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
