My Groupon for feel feet was never used! I purchased it they sent an email saying we'd get back to you with confirmation and they never did until the last minute. I didn't know that my appointment was actually set so I never went. I'm pretty aggravated with how they handled the appointment process and such. I never received confirmation that my appointment time that I chose was available so I assumed it would be stored in my Groupon. Now they say it was used as if I went there and received the services. How do I go about refunding this I would just go there the day of on a first come first serve basis
