I created a Groupon account today and even verified my e-mail. I purchased a hotel for tonight in Portland, OR for my boss. He went to the hotel and there was no reservation for him. I tried logging into my account and it would not let me. I requested a password reset and received an e-mail stating "We received your password reset request, but unfortunately, there is no account on file with this email address." Strange, since earlier today I received a welcome e-mail from group. I would like a refund of the hotel that was supposed to be for tonight.
