I submitted an order and am awaiting it to arrive. This order was placed * days ago, and I continue to have a pending charge on my bank account in addition to the actual charge that already went through. The FAQs state that the pending charge would be removed in *-* business days, however it has been * and it has not been removed. I would like some assistance with this issue. Thanks
