I purchased a wine tasting for * at the Olney Winery on Hagerstown MD on Friday June *st. When I went to retrieve the coupon I got a message stating something went wrong and tp retry. It wasn't listed in my my groupons so I repurchased the wine tasting again. Went to retrieve the coupon again and the same thing occurred. Dumb me did it for the *rd time. My husband then used his phone to access the coupon and here is a listing of where I purchased this coupon * times. I used one of the coupons, which by the way we had a wonderful time. Now I need to have the other two refunded. PLEASE HELP get this resolved and refund my finances. Thank you.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
