Her voucher is still on your site however she canceled my appointment due to an accident she had. That was the second time we had changed the date. She told me to go to you for a refund. To me this is akin to false advertising. I would like a full refund for the time and energy spent just trying to get an appt that was cancelled by the owner of the pe***e retreat.
