This is the third notice. I have emailed several times as of yet no response. *I feel that I or anyone else should receive a refund or credit towards another ticket when their employees deliberately charge my bank account * times without my permission, transactions made on a ticket that Greyhound no longer honored. Why ? Because of their actions i was put in a very difficult situation.
