I scheduled a trip and called to get information. The lady gave me the run around for a time on my bus. This action caused me to be late and miss my bus. I did not receive the service I needed and I also got very poor customer service from the supervisor and employees on the phone. I would like a full refund for my trip. Considering the fact I was not helped at all.
