I never received a baggage ticket on my duffle bag at my bus stop in Port Charlotte FL . I was told you can get one in Fort Launderdale the next stop. I was told the printer was down I was given a blank ticket to fill out and attach to my bag. Then I was told no you can't attach that to your bag. It was the wrong kind. I still have a picture of it. Then my bag was put into the bus underneath. In Orlando we switched buses to go to Jacksonville at that point my bag was not put under the new bus. In Jacksonville I was informed of that fact. My bus driver Jackie, assisted me in getting thru to a supervisor my bag would be on the next bus going to my destination of Providence, RI. That was * days ago! After giving them all the information they asked me for and giving me a claim number I have not heard a single word from Greyhound in regards to my lost bag. I have called multiple times and they have no idea what is going on! Every piece of clothing, medication and keys are in that bag! It has been a traumatizing experience in my life! What can I do? There is no official Greyhound Terminal in Providence where I live.
