I did not use my return trip to Harrisburg, PA (confirmation number ********) on ********. Instead, I purchased a new ticket for the same date not realizing that I might be eligible to change the time of my travel without penalty or additional charges. The confirmation number for my new ticket (which I used) for my return trip on ******** is ********. I was wondering if I may be eligible for any kind of a refund for the unused ride or even just a credit*discount for a future trip. This was my first time riding a bus and experiencing Greyhound and I was quite pleased overall.
