I got into the greyhound from lawrance kansas at *:**pm to go to chicago and had to transfer in kansas city and by the time the driver made it to kansas city for the transfer the greyhound I was transfering to left me and my kids because the driver who picked us up in lawrance arrived to kansas city late ..i have * small kids with me..ages * months old, a * year old and a * year old and all of my kids are now sick because the greyhound associate had to put us on the next train out witch was *:**am ..and it picked us up and now we have to sit in iowa for * hours on top of the extra * hours we had to wait in kansas city..I was pose to have been home to chicago at *am and now u guys are saying I have to wait * more hours and wont get home until *:** pm with my small kids..this isn't fair and this is y I do not like buses I never took greyhound with my kids and the * time I do this happens..this makes ** hours being out like this waiting with my kids it's not acceptable or fair to my babies. The associate said that we can possivle* receive a refund..my kids are all really sick now its snowing and we are cold I even missed work
