The issue in GetHuman-mighri's own words
Hi! *Our bus was meant to leave NYC to D.C. at * p.m. but we had to wait for an hour and a half for us to board the bus. Not only was the delay unacceptable, but this was worsened by the bus driver’s lack of sense of direction. She stopped as soon we entered D.C. not knowing how to go to Union Station. She locked the door and was on the phone for ** minutes until the cops arrived, and then she simply asked us to leave the bus. I had to order a lyft so I can get home. This is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable and the worst bus experience I have ever had. I do ask for a refund for my trip, as this has hampered my entire day, and reduced my time of sleep and ability to do my work tomorrow.*Reference of trip: *********Passenger name: Hamza Mighri
