I was at the Pittsburgh terminal on Sunday. I was originally scheduled. For a departure on Saturday. For the **.** for New York to Detroit. The bus was cancelled due to driver hour violations. Greyhound rescheduled me through Canada. Which was foolish because I don't have a passport. So I got on the *.**am through Pittsburgh**When I arrived in Pittsburgh at **.**lpm I thought it would be no problem to change my ticket. Instead I got greeted by * very rude idiots. Mr Maurice and Mr Webb. Who exerted absolute unproffesionalism. They indicated nothing was available to Detroit that day. Not until *.**am the next day. I did my research. At *.**pm there was scheduled **** arriving at Columbus oh at *.**. And connecting to schedule **** leaving columbus at **.**pm.**Those * schedules were clearly available. Then there was schedule **** leaving Pittsburgh *.**pm connecting through Erie pa. To schedule **** Erie to Cleveland. Which I paid **.** for. **When I arrived in Cleveland the young lady exchanged my original new York to Cleveland ticket. She was way more knowledgeable then both Mr Maurice And Mr Webb. Who both were arrogant ignorant fools . Who didn't know how to create a routing through the system. And yet they are supervisors in pittsburgh. Then you have Mr Webb who thinks he is God's gift to America. Another ignorant African fool. I am very appalled and perplexed to see * black men behave so ignorant and foolish. I want more compensation then the **.** greyhound has issued me. **I want my **.** back plus at least ***.** in ride credit. I will take this to Dallas Texas.
