On September ** **** my daughter and I boarded the **.** pm greyhound bus at the bay street toronto bus terminal with a new york destination. One hour later the bus broke down on the qew hwy at exit **.The driver then told us there was a mechanical issue and that another bus would be coming within one hour.We sat in the bus along the hwy and no bus came until more than two and one half hour later.This was very stressful and nerve racking.*Later after going through customer we arrived at the Buffalo bus terminal where we changed driver.*This driver let us off for *mins break and after would not let us on as. He was not sure if we were on the bus.*After many heated reasoning all was settled in their seat and the bus took off for Syracuse.Within minutes a passenger approach the driver to let him know he was going the. Wrong. Way.The driver manouvered the bus and got on the highway.We drove for a while and suddenly the driver turned off the highway and stopped at some open area and told us that THE MANAGER told him to wait for him there.The manager would be there in ** minutes..Everyone was s shocked and Expressed some frustration as to what was happening.We were already late from the breakdown.We waited not only ** but instead ** minutes before another greyhound bus pulled up but this driver kevin said he was not the Manager but was told by the manager also to come and take the passengers connecting to other places like Boston who was already late.We also found out that the driver Mr Wong from the bus I was on had missed the exit to SYRACUSE and that is why he was told to wait in the middle of NO WHERE. .The Driver of the new bus told my bus driver what to do and told me to call customer service for a refund.*The driver then had to go back couple hours to Syracuse.We made it to New York very late instead of **.** we arrived at *pm. This mean we had been travelling for ** hours.*I was suppose to be in New York for a function at *pm so missed my arrangements.I had to have additional expense to survive until the next morning when I would leave again for Toronto..I SHOULD BE CREDITED BACK. THE PORTION OF THIS FARE.
