I purchased a $** dollar ticket from Nashville to Chattanooga for July ** at *:** am. I had a **:**am meeting in Chattanooga. I checked in with the agent when I arrived at the bus station. She did not tell me the bus was over two hours behind schedule. NOWHERE on the video screens did it show late. At *:** an agent came in and said the bus was over two hours late. I missed my meeting.
