I was very disappointed in my experience with Greyhound. The bus was an hour and a half late and two hours into the trip, we broke down on the side of the road. This issue added another two hours to our trip. The bus driver did not explain the situation until at least ** minutes after the breakdown and passengers were getting very irritated. I would like a full refund for my two tickets ($**.** total).
