I purchased a round trip ticket for Wilmington,DE leaving Norfolk,VA. My e-ticket was $**.**. I arrived to leave at *:** pm and the bus didn't leave til *:** pm. We had two more delays during the trip that totaled an hour. When I got to my dedtination I missed my ride because she had to go to work because I was * hours late arriving so I had to catch an Uber from Wilmington to Middle town which cost me $**. This was very unprofessional and I would like a refund of my money. I support greyhound and I will continue to use greyhound for my travels if you all do the right thing. Thank you.
