CONF * ********** - sold at : **********I took the Greyhound bus ***** Feb **th which was supposed to depart at **:** pm from New York City to Southfield, MI. *It departed at **:** pm and this bus broke down during the trip. We got stuck in the bus from *:** am to **:** pm somewhere in Pennsylvania. We got transferred to another bus at **:**pm on Feb **th. We all missed our connection buses and they put us on a bus to Chicago with a stop in Detroit (which was not even my arrival station) cause I paid to go to Southfield, MI.*We arrived FINALLY in Detroit at **:** pm and my friends had to pick me up in Detroit which was a ** min drive one way for them.*At the Cleveland Greyhound station, they told our money will be refunded and this is what I am asking now. I already sent a request and I am still waiting for an answer. I don't have an American cell phone (I'm a tourist from Europe) and therefore I can not call customer service.*I want a COMPLETE refund of my trip our a voucher for my return trip to New York next Monday March **th. If I get a voucher, please refund also the difference cause my first trip stopped in Detroit and not in Southfield after a delay of ** LONG AND PAINFUL HOURS OF WAITING...*Please let me know how to proceed.*Nadine BAUR
