The issue in GetHuman-afeni's own words
I arrived in little rock at ***pm and had a ** min. Layover and departed at ***pm in route to memphis when i arrived at ***pm with a *hr and ** min layover and we departed from Memphis to Nashville and we arrived at **:** pm with a * hour. And ** min lay over. When i got on the bus at ***am my, pink and white bag, which a plastic white grocery bag attached to carry on. I left my carry on in the overhead compartment justlike everyone else did before me. My pink carry on was missing from where i left it. Along with my other luggages * of them, which were tagged and processed. All of my property is missing. I was the second person and i noticed my property was missing. I ran to driver responsible for making the trip to Knoxville. And she brushed me off played the "im not responsible for the overhead luggage. When i asked what about my understored luggage, she told me i dont know. She directed me to another shift worker from Nashville *rd shift greyhound worker. When i got off the bus and she closed the door behind me. I went to look for my other property and upon returning i saw her trying to leave me in Nashville, while rushing to not make a situation worse or accusations that had proof of anything. I want to believe my property was moved with good intentions. But i never felt assured or that anyone had a care in the world for my missing property. They never gave paperwork or contact information or taught me what proper steps need to be taken or what i should do next. Their customer service, was* I'm not responsible for what wad left on the bus. But you can't access the bus once its locked. I'm not gonna over look a coincidence, because LAW enforcement doesn't believe in random acts. I just believe in this day with all cameras and technology to thwart petty thievery- im the ONLY passenger with missing property. And no one had consideration, or had the decentcy to teach me, what i should do. They assumed i would nip it in the but. Well i know a little bit about procedures that are used in place so bags dont get stolen off of greyhound buses. During the *hr and ** min layover the bus was so post to clean. But it wasn't their was garbage in the cup holders or potato chip bags and empty soda bottles. This can be an easily solved problem- if an employee gathered my belongings and stored them for me in Nashville or it went on anothet bus. How did they know to get my baggage from the top in the over head storage? Unless they saw a mark, in Memphis and plotted to swipe my property. But that is a leap, clearly i cant imagine a poor person, riding the bus, and also stealing from people who are just as poor as themselves. I would like to know the third party's information, along with the crew whose responsibility it was to clean the bus. Because it wasn't clean thoroughly the back of the bus was mad trifling, someone didn't do their job with a good work ethic. All of this speaks loudly about customer service and i know you'll make this right and resolve the issues.* Sincerely,
