I purchased my ticket in Johnson city Tennessee to leave Saturday feburary **th at *:** p.m. I arrived at the bus station at *p.m. to be safe. Waited an hour just to find out the bus was not coming. Only thing the could do was offer me another ticket for *:**a.m on Sunday feburary **th. That bus didnt show up until noon. Now I'm in Roanoke Virginia. Once again there is no bus driver. No one here knows what's going on. I'm supposed to be at work Monday morning and now I'm being told I might not be in Schenectady until Monday evening. This Is completely unacceptable. Not only did I spend $*** plus on tickets but I also lose out on a days pay and have to answer to my boss. I believe a refund is in order for this massive inconvenience.
