Last night at Detroit terminal there was a bus to leave at **:** pm *****. I left alter *:** am still waiting on the bus. The agent there tried to help but was not getting any information through their calls to corporation either. Finally upon speaking to someone there, they indicated a driver was not available. And from speaking with others there was a *:****:** departing time with the same issue. I called customer service and was put on hold for over an hour, of which I know was on purpose after the person told me customer service could not help and I bluntly told him he was lying. I then hung up and tried another number and was was told to speak to the agent on site as they had no idea why the bus did not show and then I was asked did I want to be transferred to an agent I said yes and low and behold I received a recording the customer service dept will reopen at * am. What kind of training are you giving these people and not to mention offering services that are unobtainable for whatever reason. There was a definite right way to handle the situation last night and your company failed on all levels. So let me give you a little background.....my sister will not fly so hence the bus thing...to my dismay....and I was not leaving her in that facility alone until the bus took off....OH IT DID NOT...so I was there with her and finally convinced her we were not waiting any longer. Of course had to rebook, and the agent handled that with some experience...so WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO YOUR facility TONIGHT... UUUGH!!!!...now that I've gotten that off my chest, what*how*when do you plan on rectifying the fiasco of last night with your customers. I do hope you plan on showing that your company is not what I saw*heard or experienced last night.....This is in no way a threat but there was video and recordings done and we know the whole viral thing can and will explode to another level. I do hope someone respond with a professional take and solution. I do apologize for my sarcasm and emotion...but you just had to be there!
