Shreveport to New Orleans departed ********, arrived *pm. **I got off the bus and they gave me a black suitcase that looked like mine, BUT mine was a lighter color* metallic grey hardshell type. **I was told by the driver and right away she knew what happened. She said that a passenger got off the bus in Lafayette and a “Security Guard” helped that passenger get their luggage off the bus, but should NOT have. She said that a “Baggage Handler” should have helped that passenger get their luggage. They were given the wrong bag....MY BAG. **Fast forward: I get to New Orleans and my auitcase was not on the bus. Instead they gave me a suitcase that LOOKED like mine. I gave the bag back to the driver and a handler and they were gonna tag it for Lafayette. I called Lafayette Baggage Claim with a number the driver gave to me and told them what happened. They took my information and said no one had turned in a lost bag. **I have severe sleep apnea and my C-Pap machine is in my luggage also. I live in Milton, Florida and I am on my way home from New Orleans bus station. I need help to get my bag. **I called this number ***-***-**** in Lafayette and gave them my information.
