The issue in GetHuman-terrytap's own words
On Wednesday, December *th, **** myself and * of my girlfriend's departed from Detroit Michigan at **:** to Cleveland Ohio for some sightseeing and a Bob Seger concert. The bus, which I unfortunately don't have the number for, or the driver's name, was horribly filthy and the washroom in back was disgusting!! *We returned to the Greyhound bus depot in Cleveland Ohio on Saturday, December *, ****. Departure was scheduled for **:** am. We boarded bus *****. The driver whose name was Joletta or Janetta, not positive on correct spelling, came onto the bus and told everyone to get off the "God ****" bus. She yelled it twice! There were a few physically challenged people who were also made to get off. The one passenger had to wait for the gentleman to dig her walker out of the cargo bay in order to return inside the depot. We were all ordered to get into two separate lines* those whose tickets she had scanned and those who hadn't. She was not at the door of the bus when everyone boarded and she had absolutely no patience for the passengers who were attempting to go to the front of the bus to have her scan them. she could have easily and pleasantly gone down the aisle to scan everyone but she decided to take the "bully" option instead. This driver had no right to speak to her passengers this way. One gentleman sitting beside us said, "you don't want to get on the bad side of this one!" It was obvious that he had encountered this driver before. Once we were allowed to get back on the bus we returned to our seats. I was blessed to find a huge zip lock bag full of used diapers at my seat!! Again this bus ***** was just as filthy as the one we were on coming to Cleveland and the washroom was just as disgusting. There were air fresheners hanging down on both sides of the aisle. An obvious attempt to mask the filth of the bus. The bus stopped at a Loves*Arby's roadside stop at *:**. Passengers got off to stretch their legs and go to a washroom that was clean! We all sat on the bus waiting for driver who decided to go to the buffet in the restaurant and sit down for over half an hour! We stopped again in Toledo Ohio for over ** minutes. She yelled out "Toledo". Nobody got off the bus and nobody boarded the bus. When she pulled out of the depot, she almost ran into a vehicle who had the right of way where she should have stopped before proceeding. The car had to reverse in order for the bus to clear the corner because she was in a hurry and was in the wrong lane. The entire * hour ride was very, very jerky and by no means, comfortable. The internal temperature of the bus was set at ** degrees. Passengers were opening overhead vents in hopes to get some kind of relief. This driver needs a few more lessons on how to drive these busses and how to obey traffic laws. Care should also be taken to keep these busses clean for the paying customers. Especially when it comes to the washroom in back of the bus. Passengers should not have to depend on a well needed stop to use a facility because the one on bus is not sanitary enough to use!! Just wanted to bring this to your attention for the good of future passengers. The four of us will most likely not use this service again.**Sincerely,*Terry Lynn Douglas*Canada
