I ordered a ticket from New Carrollton, MD to New York for Friday, **********. I called customer service on Thursday, thanksgiving day to tell them I want to push my ticket to Monday, **********. Customer service said I could change it online after I pay a $** fee but I will have to print out the ticket. I told them I have no access to printer in Maryland. They said the other option is for me to go change it at the bus station & I asked if I can go on Friday & they said no that I had to go a day before which was thanksgiving day. I asked if the new carolton bus station at **** Garden city is opened & customer service said yes. I got there & met it closed with a note saying they not opened at all on Thanksgiving Day. I called customer service back while there, I told the agent I was misinformed they are opened by a previous agent. She apologized & changed it for me over the phone after consulting her supervisor who said is okay for me not to print it, that I could just show it over the phone. She said I had to do this change that day that I can’t wait to the next day or Monday & the she charged my card over the phone. My to & fro the new carolton was with uber due to your agent misinforming client. On Monday **********, I was at the station by *am to explain to your staff in the booth at the new carolton station **** Garden city, MD that I locked the door on my way out forgetting an important document inside that I couldn’t leave. But I have to go to my aunt office to get her key, open the door & get the document & back to the station. He said he couldn’t hold my luggage for me. I had to go with my luggage & back to the station at *:**am. Your staff at the booth then told me the next bus is sold out. That it’s till *:**pm bus at noon not yet sold out, he can put me in. I got his number & said I’m gonna wait for the **:**am bus that came at **:**am but no space in the bus. So I told your staff at the booth, I will wait for the *:**pm bus if there’s still space, he said yes there’s space that I can wait. I came back to the book to check on him at **:**pm. But the booth was closed with a note that clients should return at *:**pm. I came back at *:**pm, only for him to tell me the *:**pm bus coming is sold out. That I should go to union station at Washington or wait for *pm bus coming there next. He claimed I didn’t tell him to go ahead to change it to *:**pm time that he was going to wave me the $** fee today because I was around from morning to explain to him. And I still came before the **:**am bus time because I had some lectures to catch in NY. This staff in the booth never asked for my confirmation number or anything. I got to union station trying to explain my situation there but he wasn’t ready to listen saying this isn’t new carolton station or customer service, that this is Union station, Washington. His a black man with glasses in the customer service office there with a green jacket about *ft tall. He said I must pay the $** fee again for the next bus at *:**pm. I brought out my card to pay & he said they don’t take card payment just cash. Luckily I only had exactly $** on me & I paid. I was standing on line E for the bus by *pm. At *:**pm, I saw the customer service man there I paid to ask where is the bus that it’s ** minutes late & he told me his just a money taker & was laughing that I should come ask some young men eating in a small room still on green jacket that they are the bus time guys. Then he shouted at me to relax myself. And I told him not to disrespect me but he continued cursing me with these other younger men. One of the young told me to leave that he his not the other guy. Then I told him not to threaten me. Then he continued laughing with the other black man. Then a bus came only for the driver to tell me his for the *pm not my time of *:**pm & he doesn’t know where my bus is at? This was at *:**pm only for my bus to come * minutes later to take me at *:**pm, ** minutes late without explanation but made jest of. This is a long message & my bet is nobody will read this too.
