Hi,**I took a trip from New York to Virginia on the **th of November.*My confirmation number is **********This trip was the worst trip of my life. Firstly my bus was delayed by an hour, then the bus just stopped for * hours in DC due to no driver, then when I reached Richmond I missed my connection bus due to delay by bus. I was supposed to catch the bus at *:** am but I had to wait until *:** pm to catch another bus as there were no bus scheduled before that. After that We too the bus at * and reached somewhere around * and when I got off the bus, I got to know that * of my large luggage was missing. I was moving from New York and all my stuff was in those bags and now its gone. I called customer care like *** times but they give the same response again and again. They say that they aren’t even authorized to contact the Richmond VA terminal directly, and I cannot contact the Richmond terminal myself. I tried everything but have no anwer. I know this might be a small issue, * in **** but for me my whole things are missing. And insted of Greyhound doing everything they can in their capacity, they are giving me some stupid excuse. They say that they have to follow the procedure. But they don’t hesitate making the customers wait for * hours and to make an inquiry call to their own bus terminal they need to follow a procedure. *And I’m not the only one with this issue, * other customers from my bus had their baggage missing too. So, this is my last time with Greyhound, not only because my bus was delayed, or I had to wait * hours, or I lost my luggage but also because how my issue was handled.
