Greyhound botched up big time, when they did not update their station relocation from Eugene Oregon to Springfield Oregon for my daughter's November ** bus ride, *GLI****, ticket * ****************.*Both their online ordering form AND their telephone ticket sellers had not the updated information of the station relocation, even though we called * times, both before and after buying our tickets and waiting over an hour at the Eugene station, to confirm the bus station location, which they insisted was still correct, even though the station was locked up when we arrived. *Consequently, at least * other passengers besides my dauther missed their bus because it never showed up at the Eugene station, and we all then had to drive to the new station in the next town, and wait * hours for the next bus. *They gave my daughter a replacement ticket for the next bus, but the whole fiasco was a huge inconvenience and pain for me - already I had driven her over ** miles to get her to the Eugene station. I am disabled and in chronic pain, and having been given such a confusing runaround for so long, over multiple phone calls, is unacceptable. *I gave her the money to pay for her ticket (since if I bought it myself for her, I would be charged an extra fee of $**, which I found to be a ludicrous rip off), and I would like a FULL REFUND of this ticket, for the hours of inconvenience to us all. Her new bus time brought her to her destination close to midnight, and her husband had to drive almost an hour to pick her up, and they both had to work the next morning.
