I was purchasing a ticket, and was told that there had been a mistake, and I hadn’t been charged. So, I went to reload the page, and try again. THAT purchase went through, but I went to check my email, and it looks like I had purchased two tickets and been charged twice, despite the website telling me that I hadn’t been charged, and the ticket hadn’t gone through. The two confirmation numbers are ******** and ********. I understand you have a no refund policy on tickets, but can I return the ******** ticket, as your website had told me that it had not gone through? I really only need one bus ticket to Spokane, and I hadn’t mean to spend $*** on a one way trip!
