Had a trip with greyhound last week from Dallas to San Antonio and not only did our bus break down, everything they said they were going to do to fix it and*or try getting to our destination did NOT happen. I had to pay $** to request a Lyft to pick me up off of the highway to drive me the rest of the way. I wasn’t impatient at first but after * hours of waiting. I want a refund for my bus ticket and a refund for my Lyft to get there.
