To Whom it May Concern:**I am writing on behalf of Dickinson College and a colleague, Sandra Vasquez. Sandra booked a non-refundable ticket for a student who was to traveling to campus via Greyhound (Washington, D.C. to Harrisburg, PA) for a program (November * & November **) and at the very last minute, the student has had to cancel his plans. **The student’s name is Ethan Rose, confirmation *********.**I realize that this is a non-refundable ticket but because of the circumstances that were beyond any of our control, we are requesting an exception to your policy. And please note that if it were possible, we would exchange this ticket (we realize there would have been a $** exchange fee) so that another student could attend the campus program, but given the last minute schedule change this is not possible. **Thank you for reviewing and for your consideration of the $** refund.
