Hello I am a long time bus rider I understand delays and they don’t bother too much but still . However today I am complaining that the respcianist escorted me to the wrong line for the bus from Phoenix to San Diego *:** am***** i arrived there about *:** am. And when I found out I was on the wrong line the Receptionist claimed that she announced the bus’s deparcher and that she let us know however I’m very certain that she didn’t . Which lead me to pay the extra **$ fee for the bus transfer for the next bus at *:**am ( which by the way was late and arrived at **am) and as I was socializing with the other passengers also claiming to be in the same situation. I know I can’t get my time back but I’d atleast like the **$ transfer fee that was not my fault I showed up on time and was mislead
