Good afternoon, my name is Caitlyn Bloomer and I’ve recently rode with greyhound on October **th and came back on October **th from Atlantic City. On the way back we purchased a one way ticket meaning we shouldn’t have to transfer buses. Once we got to the buses the bus driver told us we had to get off the bus and transfer and when we went to Philadelphia we had to get off and wait in the station for over * hours before our bus showed up. That was unacceptable and the workers on the inside informed us that there wasn’t a bus driver and never had one. We didn’t get help nor was anyone compensated for the wait we had to wait for. This was completely unacceptable and I think I should be compensated for the trip that made my friends and I wait and not make it home on time. **I would greatly appreciate an email as soon as possible.**Thank you for your time,* Caitlyn Bloomer
