Welcome to Greyhound Support. How can I help you today?*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): Hi*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): I purchased a ticket today and the site didn’t give an option to change the passenger information. How do I do this?*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): I purchased the ticket for my son.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): You still there?*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): Hello?*Jacobvelle (********, *:**:** PM): Please be advised that once you already purchased the ticket, you can no longer change, modify or cancel the ticket. Also, tickets are non transferable.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): I just purchased the ticket and the site didn’t give me an option to put in any passenger information.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): How is the system is gonna assume just because I bought the ticket that I’m the passenger?*Jacobvelle (********, *:**:** PM): May know if you are logged in during you made the reservation?*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): Excuse me?*Jacobvelle (********, *:**:** PM): I mean if you are logged into road rewards account during you made the reservation.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): So being logged into road rewards prevents me from being able to fill out the passenger details.*Jacobvelle (********, *:**:** PM): Because it will automatically filled out the payment information. Also, please be advised that only the account holder can use the rewards.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): What company allows you to make travel reservations without asking you for the passenger details? It can’t assume that the purchaser is the passenger.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): So where is all of this information during the time of purchase? No where did it mention any of this information.*Jacobvelle (********, *:**:** PM): It was cleared that under "*passengers details"* you need to enter the passengers information.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): It never gave me the option. That’s what I’m trying to tell you.*Calvin (********, *:**:** PM): Why would I purchase a ticket for myself if I’m not going anywhere?***As you can see I felt I was getting no where with the rep, so I decided to call and hopefully get a better response*resolution to my issue. To my surprise, I ended up speaking on the phone with the same person I chatted with online. I would hope for the sake of your company that the phone call was recorded. The customer service rep is clearly from a different country, and I’m absolutely fine with that, but in the midst of his frustration with the phone call, he said “ why do YOU people never understand “. This is where I drew the line. I repeatedly asked for his supervisor which he flat out denied to do, and eventually the phone call was dropped. I didn’t want to waste my time calling back in fear of reaching him again, so here I am writing instead. **Ultimately my issue wasn’t resolved nor was I given the option to receive a refund. My son fortunately was able to board the bus * days later because greyhound was running extremely late that day, and he had to meet a strict dead line in order to catch a connecting bus at his destination. So I ended up paying twice for * trip. I hope this helps in your ability to rectify this situation and confront the rep for his absolutely terrible customer service and rude and racist comments.
