Greyhound lost my bag, I.have called to where the agents told me that it was in Richmond VA. The baggage clerk told me that it wasn't, that they send it to a warehouse in Dallas. I am beyond mad, Im pissed. I have been tring to get it and they keep telling me the same thing. I left KC on Wednesday August **th and arrived in Pittsburgh the next day, when I arrived there was only one bag. I filled out a claim in and they received it certified mail. Now when I call to get this taken care of they tell me they found it. This is BS, I demand either my bag or a refund. I wish I could talk to someone that spoke clear English. My reference number is **** ****. They also told me that it was a pink canvas they described the bag to me. My name is Linda Hall ***-***-****.
