I had several issues on my trip with greyhound. They agreed to give me *** of the ***.** that I paid back to me.**They then informed me that it would take *-** business days. I waited the ** days which is today and I still have not received my refund. Now the customer support is telling me to call back tomorrow or Monday. **I shouldn't have to wait this long for something that is owed to me because of crappy service on Greyhound's part.**You guys are forcing my hand behind my back and I will contact the better business bureau, my lawyer, and every news station that I can possibly reach if this matter isn't resolved by in the morning.
