The issue in GetHuman-mssmoovb's own words
I was charged to change the time and the date for my trip. But yet you inconvenience me the day of my trip that i was supposed to board at *:**pm in which in fact didn't pull out until after *pm . The supervisor didn't properly strap down a wheelchair that sent us back to the garage and placed on a different bus. This bus stunk so bad that the smell of **** was on my clothes. By the time i got to my stop there weren't any cabs causing me to miss work !!! Very unsatisfied customer i would definitely like a refund. My number is ********** this is Kimberly Chears.
