ordered a ticket online, but it wasn't going thru after trying many times. called and ordered the ticket over the phone for my son as he wasn't able to because he was in school. the rep said NOT EXTRA charges will be added as it wasn't my fault that the system wasn't working. get a Bill the next day on my credit card with a whole lot of charges, stayed on the phone for over an hour spoke to ** people and supervisors and NO ONE was able to help remove the xtra fees. absolutely absurd to say the least. calling the headquarters as this is just crazy.
