I want a refund, not solely for the two hour delay, but for the fact that Greyhound is a business with no sort of structure. I tracked the bus on the greyhound website and it got to the station at *:** and it stated it was leaving at **:**. I left my house at *:** and got there at *:**. It left at *:**. That’s completely unacceptable and I want my money back.
GetHuman-pearlavi did not yet indicate what Greyhound should do to make this right.
