My issue is my luggage was not on the bus during a long * hour layover in Nashville Tennessee going to Atlanta I file a claim in Atlanta august * I did not have it check because I was running late getting to the bus. I started in Minneapolis mn at my bus time at **:** pm my luggage is a black Samsonite **" duffle bag with a with pull out black handle with back black wheels and it say Samsonite on front gold letters I check Chicago they said not here I check Kentucky nor there I checked Chattanooga Tennessee not there so I need your help I called Nashville it just ring and ring and ring I called ** times trying to get somebody but no answer so please let me know I will be trying to called all the stops I really need my luggage Thank you
