I booked a trip online for $**.** in which they charged me $**.** because I used my credit card to make my sons travel plans. I was posses because I never saw a $**.** charge or I would have had my son do it himself. Oh well was their response! The trip was at *am I asked them could they at least change the * am time till later. I only booked a *am trip because it was the cheapest. So the manager made my travel arrangements and waived the charge. Fast forward we get to Greyhound and they tell me the trip was booked backwards. Leaving from San Diego to Palmdale CA instead of the other way around. So I wasted gas taking my son to drop him off. I talk to Greyhound and they tell me that the Manger should have told me and forgot to tell me that I made the arrangements wrong so I just lost $**.** I go back online and look for another trip. I tried *** SIX times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I TYPE IN PALMDALE to SAN DIEGO the app Automatically CHANGES to the OPPOSITE. I had No Idea when I booked the trip.
