On Friday (October *th), I was travelling from Boston to New York City. The bus was * hrs delayed (please keep in mind the actual trip from Boston to New York City is only *.* hrs). We were not told what was going on nor given an accurate estimated time of how long it would take. First we were told * hr, then ** minutes, yet, it was actually * hrs. Not only was the bus delayed but you also gave a bus driver that had NO idea how to drive in New York City. It took way longer than it should have to drive through the city and it felt very unsafe. When we got close to the station, the bus driver did not know how to get into the station. He parked the bus on the street and again did not tell us what was happening. He then went to drive around blocks and finally figured out how to get to the bus stop. This was very unprofessional and it made everyone on board feel unsafe. As someone who has anxiety, this was a very stressful experience. I request a full refund for the ticket.
