I brought a ticket Friday the **th and I called TWICE to make sure my bus wouldn’t be affected by the storm and they said I would be okay . I spent all my money on this ticket meaning I have no money for food nor shelter ! I was coming from Minneapolis , MN to Rockingham N.C. once I got to Charlotte N.C. they told me my bus was cancelled and that they didn’t have any buses going towards rockingham N.C. in * days . Which means I purchased my ticket even though they knew there wouldn’t be a bus going that way. I’ve been on the bus for * days straight , the service here in Charlotte N.C. is HORRIBLE. They weren’t even going to tell me my bus was cancelled! I want my money back !! I’m stranded and I don’t appreciate the fact that I spent ALL my money on a ticket when they knowingly knew it was going to be on route.
