The issue in GetHuman1150676's own words
On ******* I had * round trip tickets (Bus *****conf*********) Atlanta to New Orleans and back to catch a *:** cruise on *******. We were suppose to leave Ga at **:** and arrive in La at *:**. We were told the bus was being serviced, then at *:** the supervisor told us in fact the driver called our and they were waiting in a replacement driver and it was looking like we would leave at *am. At *:**am when we all checked in again the new supervisor said our would be around *am before the bus is here. So my boyfriend and I had to leave and drive to new Orleans because at this point we would risk missing our cruise. Now customer service is telling me we will only get refunded * way which is unacceptable. We were forced to drive so how are we to use the tickets back to Atlanta. We should be refunded birth ways. This was my *st experience on greyhound and not a good one at all. I need whoever in corporate to approve a full refund ($***). This delay costed me $***...gas, parking at the pier for * days. Not to mention we had to drive with no sleep because we sat in the terminal from **pm to ***am waiting. **Thank you, *Tamira Mann
