I left Stockton California to go to Medford Oregon on the *th of this month September after waiting for * hours in the hot sun I am disabled when I boarded my boyfriend told the driver I was disabled he sneered as soon as I got to Sacramento I was told the bus and was not going to Oregon due to wildfires blocking the freeway even though I had asked specifically about this. I called try to complain even ask if they were taking an alternate route. I was made to wait outside the terminal Sacramento California until my boyfriend found out and pick me up all I want is my refund for the trip that I paid for that Greyhound new ahead of time that was not going to happen this is theft all I want is my refund please give that to me in this will be over thank you for your time and consideration you can email me or contact me through my boyfriend's email as he's an attorney and my legal representation.
