I shipped a package on August **th from Kansas City to Newark , NJ. The package was routed to NYC. No one can tell me or your customer service rep Beverly where it is in your system because no-one has scanned it since it left KC. * The bus bill number is**********. *We want to have it rerouted to NEWARK! It is a large box **x**x**" so how van no one identify it to get it on it's way to my customer for pickup in NJ.*I understand that there would be a delay because it needs to be rerouted but not to know where it is ridiculous.*I use your package express service several times a month. I cannot afford to loose business because of your inefficient.
