The New York City Port Authority Greyhound bus terminals are in utter disaster. The lines for Atlantic City had people cutting, after a manager started a new line nearby the gate totally oblivious to the **** person line already standing and waiting. When the lines “merged” the longer line who all had earlier bus times and had been waiting **-** minutes past departure times already was directed to go behind the other second line of people with the current time (not delayed and standing in line as long). I’m bewildered and beyond annoyed. And look forward to sharing videos of your greyhound employees yelling at folks all across social media. It literally looked like the apocalypse down there. **For such a well established brand, I’d expect more. I’d appreciate a full refund and please please organize your NYC transports as is such a large business of yours.**Would appreciate a response.**Best!*Jessica
